I was repeatedly lied to by Pool and Spa Warehouse regarding replacing the liner on my in-ground pool in 2016. One excuse for delays led to another, and another. They told me that they had ordered and received a liner and that my pool was "next on the schedule". I wanted to believe them, but eventually discovered it was nothing but lies. They never even ordered a liner for my pool. Lost an entire season due to their unprofessional practice. They deserve a 0 rating!

They were supposed to install our new liner last September.  Was scheduled to have it installed at the beginning of this may.  We are still waiting!!!!
