Very helpful folks. The place is jam-packed with everything and if they don't have it, they are willing to try and get it for you. Nice!

An absolutely incredible place. The store is filled with all those little parts and tools you didn't realize you needed when you started a project. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, ready to help you figure out what you need to get the job done. When you picture all the best aspects of a classic small-town hardware store, this is it.

This place is great.  Treat you like a friend when you walk in and aren't out to rob you blind.  I purchased a few things that were just out of season and the owner marked them down for me at the register.

Every small town should have a good hardware store, and this one fills the bill for Poolesville. The staff always seems to be happy and friendly, and eager to help with advice when you ask about something.

Like pretty much all of the small hardware stores, you're going to pay a dollar or two more than the "big box" places like Lowes or Home Depot. But you could spend the difference in gas, alone, driving to one from the Poolesville area.
