I had a chicken sandwich with bad tomato, the girl at the counter refused to replace it because I had eaten too much of it (near half, I am not 2 years old my bite is half of it!!!!) I left a complaint with the McDonald's 800 number on the soda cup, requesting a call from the franchise owner to answer 1 QUESTION: was one sandwich worth the complaint? 
I will NOT be visiting this location ever again, just on a principle....NOT getting my $

For the most part the experience is decent. There are a few major flaws though:

The staff are a bit immature at times. They sometimes will make fun of how someone talks by mimicking them to other staff. I watched them make fun of a guy who said "Howdy howdy" to a manager. The manager just acted like it was normal.

Service is a bit slow. For.the most part it's decent though. They do the food right, so I'd like to think it's them ensuring they get things done right the first time.

Disgusting atmosphere. Food is always stale. Staff is somewhat friendly  but mostly children and the manager is even worse at twice the age as the staff. Avoid if you can.
