I actually, overall, really liked this store. They had what I wanted and the guy who helped me was SUPER helpful. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars tho is because I bought 2 starwars float rings for my kids that said right on the package $5.99 with a bright orange sticker but later that night when I was looking at the receipt I noticed I was charged $6.99 for them. It's not a huge deal and I'm not even going to bother to go back and have the mistake fixed over $2 BUT, for me, it's sort of a principal thing. If they want to charge $6.99 just  put it correctly on the packaging.

I have been going here since they opened. They have excellent prices and have solved numerous problems for me over the past few decades. Easily some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the industry. I strongly recommend patronage of this establishment. You won't get this kind of service anywhere else!

I've been going there for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Compared other pools stores, Pool Town had the best prices.

We purchased our pool here, as well as all of our supplies regularly.  We've gotten exceptional customer service whenever we have had any concerns or need advice.
