Solid bagel. Went here around 9:30 on a Saturday morning and there was no line at all. I ordered half of the tarragon chicken salad and half of the nova lox on the everything bagel. The bagel itself was nice and chewy and they were generous with the toppings.
Been a fan of here since they only had the Culver location at Platform. It’s so good always. What I usually get is Pop’s favorite with Jalapeño cc. Sometimes I add eggs on top too. Make sure to tell them to toast it. Line can be long in the weekends!
This is a review for their Gluten Free Bagels. A lite crisp on the outside. A soft inside. These are really really good Gluten Free bagels. They come in plain, everything, and sesame. Their amazing bagel sandwiches, their lox cream cheese, everything about this shop is delicious!

Excellent open faced bagels. I’d recommend coming on a weekday as the line is manageable. Their avocado quality and presentation is excellent. On my second visit they over toasted my bagel but that hasn’t happened since.
The vibe and aesthetic are great, but the food isn’t very good. Bagel with cream cheese is super underwhelming. Tastes like the bagels at a Holiday Inn. The kitchen is also very slow so it’ll take a while to get your order. Merch is cool though.
The bagels are good and the gluten-free version could almost fool you. But the menu prices are way over the top. I guess they know what they got.
Sorry to be negative but this is by far the worst poppy bagel I have ever had had amle salt and butter spread Not only dry but seemed old. Just thought you should know.
I had their and and cheese on the everything bagel with their bacon bits -- it was fantastic, the bacon had a smokey punch which paired v well with the American cheese. Bagel itself was standard
