Honestly, out of the 20+ times I've been to this place I've only had 3 good experiences. They constantly get my order wrong. The only time they chicken is fresh is during lunch time. During lunch the lines are always long. I don't know if they are under-staffed but there is always a long wait, especially for drive-thru. Their chicken is often dry and/or burnt and sometimes their biscuit are dry (which is very unlikely for Popeyes). I only go their because it's the only fast-food restaurant on Fort Bliss that serves chicken. Now this Popeyes is in my past I stop going there, I'm tired of driving back and forth because they mess up my order. Bottom line save yourself the hassle and drive off post to Church's or KFC.

Big dining area that both Popeyes and Burger King share. There are more then plenty of seating options since it's pretty big. Although, if do you come during the rush hour  at lunch time it is hard to find a table. 

Parking is chaotic and the drive thru line was sooo long. We stopped by for lunch around 12:30 and this place was cray cray. The line was really long since they only had two cashiers ringing people up. The cashier who helped us was at least friendly though and gave us a nice "hello, how are you today," and also a "have a good day," once we were done ordering. So thank you. 

We waited about 15 minutes for our food to come out, so plan accordingly if you are on a time crunch. The food tasted like any other location, nothing special.

For me, it was faster than the BK during lunch hours! The facility was always clean and the restroom was free of graffiti and trash. The staff was very friendly and I didn't have any problems during the several visits that I made over 4+ weeks of total time on base.

Yummy spicy chicken and very convenient to pick up food when stuck on base working late.
