Arby's

Awful experience. Very incompetent workers. I tried to us a 50$ bill and the cashier told me he didn't know how to use a 50$, so I had to use my card instead. I waited a long time got my food that I was could see sitting there ready for me. My food was extremly terrible as well. I got a roast beef sandwich and took 2 bites and couldn't eat it anymore because the majority was fat. I also got one of the new salted Carmel cookies. I LOVE cookies, and this was hands down the worst cookie I've ever had in my life. How is it possible to have a bad cookie??? It was very obvious it was an old stale cookie that was thrown into the oven to be warmed up. It was not fresh, hard as a rock, extremely chewy, with nothing but a "burnt" flavoring. I have never written a review on anything, if that tells you anything about my experience. Since this Arby's is located in the Fort Bliss food court, I recommend ANY of the dozen other restaurants that are offered. I know I will NEVER be eating at this Arby's again.

Waited FOREVER for my food tonight. I realize some things take longer to cook but if chicken takes 6 minutes, why did I wait 20 + & see everyone in line behind he me well into their meals before I got mine. Stupid me didn't check it & the chicken sandwich that I waited for was wrong & was trashed. Plus the fries were barely half full. I'm done with this store.

Five stars if you stop forgetting my fries every time I go. XD I even reminded the lady at the window... :( I've gone 4 times and each time they missed something on my order. I don't care, but my wife complains when she doesn't get her extra fries and or jalapeño things..

Well I love the food at Arby's. Curly fries are the best in town. Tables were dirty though.

Unfriendliest place in the planet !!!!!! Employees are never smiling to customer and management is worse. OMG how did all these ppl find eachother. Never again.
