I came here on Christmas eve. I haven't been to a Popeyes in so long (never to this location) but being preggo as soon as I saw it I had to have it lol. The guy taking my order was rude. I chalked it up to him being grumpy because he is working on Christmas eve, but after seeing the reviews it sounds normal. I asked if the cashier could not be the one who puts my food in a box, but a cook who's hands are clean. The cashier lost his damn mind as if I asked for his 1st born child - It was entertaining. I'm thinking to myself this man is loco! There was another worker there that was patient and helped me complete my order - thank you! The overall experience was exhausting, entertaining and disappointing all at the same time. Hope that cashier got into anger management....he needs it ASAP!

The night manager is a real class act, the food was delicious, the hospitality both warm and inviting, and they had the college ball game on! Perfect 👍

It is like an ice box in here. My wife wants to eat with her gloves on. Dirty tables when the restaurant is empty, so I have no idea what else is keeping them too busy to clean. Every trash can is full or overflowing. There is a giant pickup taking two spaces directly in front of the door. With the restaurant empty I assume this must be an employee's vehicle. What manager would allow that? Employees are watching football on a too-loud TV that is competing with the too-loud music.

Food is good. Service is poor. They got my order wrong. No clean tables to sit at. Had to ask for sauces at busy front counter. Only 1 person taking orders during lunch time.

This particular Popeyes is the worst one I have been to. I have been here 4 times, and had a good meal once. The only reason I had that good meal, was because our order was so terrible, I went back to the counter and demanded fresh food. Just went there last night at 8:30 and they took our order (3 spicy tender meals) and took our money. They were out of multiple sauces, honey, and sprite, coke, and Dr pepper (and ice!) As we waited for our food, we could here the staff arguing loudly about whether they were willing to cook us tenders. About 10 minutes later, a strung out looking employee walked up and told us they have zero tenders left in the building. As we went to the counter for a refund, I asked if they were out of tenders, or if they just didn't want to make us any. The response was "all our tenders are frozen right now, and we can't cook them frozen". Years ago I worked in fast food, you always cook tenders frozen. It then took them about 10 minutes to figure out how to refund us our money. This location is an absolute joke. Until ownership or management is changed, I will absolutely never ever go back to this garbage location.
