The food there is good but the service sucks. When me and my friend choose to go drive through they cannot understand our order and laugh at our expression such as “i cannot hear what are they talk about anyway” and “what is mild spice”. Mild spice is mild spice! We feel really insulted and consider such kind of behavior racist.

Excellent. I've been going to this Popeyes for a couple of years. Employees are very polite and helpful. I'm a stickler for service so just be aware that you can expect to be treated well at this facility. Service was good as usual and we were helped immediately. Only complaint was that it was a 94 degree day outside and it felt cooler outside than in, lol. But with the excellent food and variety, it was small trade off. Piping hot fried chicken and all the sides. Seriously, this is as close to a sit down home cooked meal as you can get. I love fried chicken and this is one of my favorite places for such food. This order was on Sunday so i wanted to feel like i was at home enjoying a homemade meal. Ordered the three piece and two sides (beans n rice and macaroni), which also came with a biscuit. Crunchy, yet moist, and well seasoned chicken. Very filling too, I'll get photos the next rime I'm there.

I love popeyes but thia location has always been such a let down. Very thin chicken strips or very dry. Same with some of the sides. They seem to be left out or something. I would go to another location.

I went in with a 14 pc combo coupon for $24.99. The cashier didn't know how to ring it up, so her co-worker instructed her to ring it up as a 9 pc combo and add $3.00. I waited 10 min for my order. Got it and left. Upon arriving at home, I realized they gave me 9 pcs, not 14. I called them, and the girl who answered the phone remembered me and said I can just come and get the rest of the order. Upon arriving there, an ugly, overweight, dark-haired woman, who looked like she just got out of prison, was huffing and puffing as to questioning their mistake. After I explained, she turned over to the girl who rang me up, and pointed her finger directly into her face and shouted, "you are in big trouble!" and stormed off to report it to the manager, who was taking her break, eating dinner in her car outside. When she returned, she continued to shout at this poor girl, threatening that she would be in big trouble. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed, I told that wicked chola to just give me my food so I can leave. In the meanwhile, the guy who told the girl how to ring me up earlier, just stood there, not saying anything, even though it was his idea how to ring up my coupon order. Other than that blonde cashier who rang me up, that staff was absolutely horrendous and ghetto. I will not be returning to that Popeye's again.
