I waited 15 mins in line and had 2 cars in front of me. Whoever was taking orders was busy talking with the customers on the speaker.  I ordered 3 chicken sandwichs. One had a long black hair in it. I'll never go back again.

It be hit and miss with them. Service is always good but food be another story. Sometimes fresh and great and sometimes just trash.

Service was excellent. Order was correct. Chicken was fresh.

Went to the drive thru, got my food and rolled. Everything was hot and fresh and my order was correct.

I enjoy the chicken and those biscuits and all of the sides the best part is that the food is always fresh and delicious.

My first time at Popeyes,chicken look great, but coatingwhich was plentiful had no flavor.

disrespectful, never on time .. i ordered on the mobile app at 9:30pm and when i went to pick it it at 10pm it still wasn’t done…. how????? y’all had 30 minutes. the guy said that he “didn’t see the order” when clearly it just wasn’t done . never again .. the worse one

Staff pleasant and food always hot and delicious. One of their soda specials shown was a $1.00 more when requested and they did not honor the advertisement which is why this rating is a 4 and not 5 star.

Good food but everytime I go here I have to wait 30min + for my food. Today I waited 45 minutes before I received my food. I guess it comes with the territory.
