The food came out very good. It was hot, but the lack of options was strange. They had no ranch and nearly no drinks.  When I came in they were "not taking orders". After a while they started again and I went up to the counter to ask a question. The worker stared at me deadpan and ignored my question twice. Very rude young man. Other than the the experience was satisfactory.

Looking good minus the fact I don't have any dressing for them...should have checked the bag but otherwise it is about to go down

No stars. My order was incomplete. Soda was warm my chicken was missing. No answer at the store. Phone just kept ringing. 37.00 dollars wasted. What was delivered was barely warm. The bread was hard and the chicken was over cooked and dry. Never again!

Bunch of kids 3 playing and 1 adult cooking staff. Bathroom not clean. Customers having to repeat orders because the cashier not hearing them from the staff loud conversations and laughing. Tuesday 9pm I definitely won’t visit this location anytime soon.

First, they gave me someone else's order. It is no wonder because the bags are unlabeled. I went back and had to stand and wait before any of the multiple people working there even acknowledged me. They switched out my order with no apology. When I got home, I discovered that they didn't take my order correctly. I did not get the flavors I ordered. I get food here frequently, and they are not usually this incompetent.

I have never been here before to eat and tonight my daughter and I went and they were so extremely kind and even threw in a few extra pieces because they saw I was splitting the meal with my baby. That was so kind and really meant a lot to me. I don’t know who did it but talked to three diff guys who work there and they all were equally amazing and kind

They don't acknowledge you when you walk into the door they don't ask you to wait they don't tell you anyting just have you standing there looking stupid every time I go in there it's either one person or nobody in there I'm still will have to wait over 10 minutes just to make a order it's not the guys it's the females that does this if you want to order you would have to do a mobile order I'm tired of trying to repeatedly give out my business and not getting any service in return I would never come back to this location

Kevin had the best customer service. greeted me upon arrival even though he was packed with some orders. Accommodated me and my request and was able to make my food in a timely manner. Very nice guy and needs all the recognition.
