They get your order right about 80% of the time. They have me trained like a dog. I check EVERYTHING before I leave. I count the chicken & biscuits, open all side dishes and dessert containers. I even taste the drink to make sure I have the right one. I check my receipt to make sure I was properly charged. 

I do this each time at this location, rain, sleet and snow.

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews unless my experience was exceptional of horrible.  This was the latter 
1) the person that took my order seemed very upset,  like I personally asked her to work instead of allowing her to see her only child off to college 
2) after waiting 7mins at the window I pulled up to wait another 15- 20 minutes.  Literally I forgot I even ordered food. 
3) when the young lady comes out to bring me my food my order offs completely WRONG!  Not only that I sat there all that time for her to tell me there was no more spicy chicken when they could've told me that at the begging.  Actually every time I go to the Euclid  Popeyes,  my order it's never correct.  
4) the only good thing was they granted me my refund with haste!

They sold me food from the day before and then i had to wait 15mins to get my food. The girls at the Window customer service skills is very bad and they act like they do want to be at work every time i go. I would never go there again and I've only been there times x3

Awful service. No other way to put it. They have one credit card machine so the disappear with your card and take it to god knows where for several minutes. They never have ice at lunch time and always mess up your order.

I always go for the Tuesday special. The line gets long, but they get it done fast! Chicken is always hot and freshly made.
