Thanks to the hurricane and this nearly being the only place open we waited forever, and it was worth it!!!! The line was so long, and this crew hustled like crazy. They are amazing for getting so many people fed with such hospitality. Plus the tenders we're fresh and fried to juicy perfection. Kudos!!!! Plus it was a joy to sit in some A.C. Thank you to this amazing team.

This location was slammed due to the hurricane. Many customers were there for a hot meal and air conditioning.  The girl at the register was wonderful.  She was patient and got orders right.  She smiled when people were cranky. Kitchen staff kept the chicken coming.  Great job Park Boulevard location in Pinellas Park FL!

Worst service ever. The young lady in the drive thru had absolutely no customer service or manners at all. And there were a dozen flies in the store window. I will not be going back ever. But the only positive side was the food actually was good.

One of the most disrespectful and poor customer service experiences I have ever had. They gave us popcorn chicken instead of shrimp. When My wife and asked if they would refund the difference they laughed and mocked her and said “ummmm no” in a very ghetto and disrespectful way. After complaining to the customer service number about the treatment they told me to feel free to go to the store for a refund and apologized for the treatment received. When I went into the store for a refund the store manager disrespected me yet again mocking me and saying they didn’t do anything wrong. Never again will I go here.

Never again! I order a large meal 29.90 my chicken was not fresh some of my order was not in my bag and to top it if I order to baked pies that had the baking sheet still on it. My boyfriend was eating the pie and end up choking off the melted baking paper that was left on the pies. The pies was extremely old. Sad case so I called and the manager Asia told me I can come back to get my order replaced so I called today and they gave me the run around. This place has gone down hill.
