Last things first; the food is good, the dining room is clean, and the service is usually good. When these guys get busy, it gets a little crazy. Normally when I go, I see the parking lot packed and the drive thru is backed up. That being said, people make mistakes, make sure you check your order before you leave the drive thru. Keep track of the time me you've waited if they ask you to pull into the parking lot. All in all it's a good spot.

I don't eat fried foods often but my friend loves the food here. I have to admit that it's tasty.

Manager David Ayers was fantastic and very professional. My order was hot and price is right. I definitely will be coming back. When I come to Statesboro to visit my mother.

THEY NEVER EVER GET IT RIGHT!! My husband went through the drive thru tonight August 20th about 6:40 pm. He ordered 3 different orders and not one of the orders were right not 1! None of the sides were right, they were supposed to be spicy but none of the chicken or chicken fingers were spicy. They were out of ranch.They specifically told my husband that the pies he orderd were in the boxes because there was no room in the bag, guess what not one pie was in the boxes!!! When my husband called them Tina informed him there were 3 managers on duty, really 3 managers and this is the best they can do!!!!???? Completely ridiculous and by far the worst Popeyes we have ever been too!

I ordered 6 legs and a gallon of tea. Was told it'd be a 12 minute wait for my chicken to cook. I said ok and then paid. While I was waiting for the cashier to give me change I asked him to please give me a cup of ice(for my tea) and he said that they did not give cups of ice at that location but that he would be glad to give me a bottle of water. ???? ....Anyway 35 minutes later someone walked out to the parking lot and handed me the chicken. No tea. When I asked about it she said what tea then walked inside and irritatingly got me the tea and brought it to the front door of the store.
