The wait was a little long. The manager was preparing food without gloves. An employee was grabbing sauce packets with tongs used to pick up chicken, they didn't seem too concerned with food handling safety.

Expensive for what u get. They charge extra for everything including simple condiments! Ridiculous!

Never going back here again. I gave the lady my order and then at the very end she asked if I wanted it to be a combo... After I had just finished telling her what drink I wanted, fries for a side, and Mardi gras mustard for sauce. So after I realized I must be in a damn time loop I repeated everything I had just said 5 seconds before and moved on to the next item which she got confused for my first item and after a few minutes of confusion she repeated it back. When we got our food, had to ask for the sauces because they forgot them. They forgot our drinks as well, and for some reason when they ask you two different times back to back what kind of chicken you want and sauces they still can't get it right cuz they gave me spicy chicken and ranch instead of the Madi gras mustard. I think I'm either in the twilight zone or they might be smoking crack in the bathroom cuz I'm not sure what just happened at that shit hole but I'm still confused how you could get every item wrong on an order.
