Their customer service via cashiering is atrocious. We went once around 8:00 at night and waited over 20 minutes inside to order. Part of it was the line, part of it was the cashier attempting to input our order. Figured/Hoped this was a fluke. Nope. Went again at lunchtime. Cashier repeatedly misunderstood and/or mis-entered or entirely missed entering items. This is a beautiful new location that really, really needs to reevaluate their staffing. What a disappointment.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Prices are mostly fair, and the food is absolutely outstanding. I personally LOVE their jalapeno bites, curly fries and beef & cheese sandwiches. Workers are Okay, could be more nice to their customers but not as bad as some places!!

This place sucks, been to the new store 4 times now and every time my order has been wrong. Maybe instead of putting so much money into the construction of the building they should of got regular employees. With that kind of talent inside the store you could win a few medals at the special Olympics. I'm willing to donate to the cause to get you guys a bus to the special Olympic games. Fast friendly service and very clean! I just wish they offered a paper receipt. How are we to balance our checkbooks? Twice now they haven’t been able to print a receipt. Some customers don’t have smartphones with mobile banking apps...
Update (4/8). Tonight, the person working the pay window said (without us asking) that we would get our receipt with the order. After leaving and checking our bag, still no receipt... smh Update (4/21). Tonight, the person working the pay window once again said (without us asking) that we would get our receipt with our order. This time, I asked for the receipt when we received our order and was told they don’t have paper receipts right now. C’mon. This place needs to get it together. Not ready for customers. It’s been four times in a row with no receipt. I need a reply from management with their corrective action before we come back...

Service was awesome this afternoon.  The gentleman in the drive thru was very nice and proper and did not rush us. Loved the service today!
