Great home cooked meals. And Greek food. I had the giro platter. Friend had an omelette. Both were delicious. Prices were very reasonable and waitress was super friendly. Will be back!

The flounder was cooked perfectly. The coleslaw was house-made and very good. The pizza was also good and the salads fresh. My only complaint was the hush puppies were too dense and not cooked well with a thick outer layer of oil just under the crust. They have a lot of options with something for everyone in our four generation family, and it's local, so we'll go again.

I have dined at Poquoson diner before but today was not a good experience. It will be a while before I will return. When we arrived, a party of two, there was a party of three, a party of one and a party of two who just appeared to be visiting with the waitress. It took 25 minutes for my dinning companion to get his salad. After another 25 minutes (a total of 50 minutes) we received our meal. The fries and meat on his meal were cold. I ordered breakfast and the toast was cold and burnt, the bacon was cold and burnt, the eggs were cold but the grits were piping hot. We decided not to say anything because we were concerned it would take another 50 minutes. By this time it is a little after 6 and there was a few more customers . Don't know what the problem was today but made for a disappointing dinner.

Great breakfast, good food, and very nice staff. Reasonably priced.

I have had a house in Poquoson for 8 years and for some reason had never stopped by this place. All I can say is don't do what I did, it deserves a visit and, for me, a repeat visit. Friendly folks and good food. Kinda what it's supposed to be.
