We also have an in-house specialist for surgical procedures such as wisdom teeth extractions and placement of dental implants. We offer flexible evening and weekend hours to fit your schedule needs.

I have never been to a dentist office more friendly than this one. They are very courteous.... seriously everyone there! And they are willing to work with you. They gave me a detailed list of the work my daughter and I need done, told us upfront how much we would be charged and are working with us to schedule the most important things first to progressively get the work done that we need. I am very impressed.

My girls came to Port Arthur Smiles and they absolutely love this facility. The doctor was very kind and great with the kids. Two of my girls got fillings and the assistant and doctor made them feel no pain and they were not scared of the needle. Great facility. Very easy to schedule an appointment. My girls loved their toothbrush packs and the prize box is a plus for the children. My girls can't wait to get their next check up!

Got me in the first appointment after I broke my crown. Front desk was not friendly and very unorganized. Went to the back explained what was wrong and the assistant finally understood and dentist came in. Dentist explained to procedure and said she could do a temporary fix and to come back. She then left and I sat there for over an hour. Finally I asked how long the dentist would be and assistant came back rudely and stated my procedure would take approximately 2 hours and that I needed to reschedule. Eboni then came in and put a temporary filling which fell out as soon as I got home. Never going back. Very disorganized and no one is on the same page!!!

Good customer service, great receptionist work with you to make time around your schedule, and good decent prices! 10/10 would recommend if you ever need to get your teeth worked on! Elisa helps her patients with whatever they need and aside of that she does an awesome job! Doctors and assistants both work with the customers to provide them with the best dental experience there is.

Was skeptical about trying this place at first but was very pleased with the friendly receptionist and staff there. They made me feel welcomed and treated me as a patient, and not as a payday. The dentist was very kind and gentle with the work he performed and when evrything was said and then I indeed left with a smile on my face. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this business an 11 for exceeding me expectations and reminding me how a friendly staff and good business ethnic can go a long way in making the chore of following up dentist appointments something enjoyable.
