After constantly having to wait 45 minutes to an hour on a regular basis I'd rather spend money not to ride with port authority. Times posted online are never accurate to when the bus actually shows up. What makes it worse is it's not the area. I've lived in three different parts of Pittsburgh and every bus had the same problem. I'm honestly holding back curse words. Get it together port authority. You raise fares as service continues to get worse. You're "public service" is nothing but a hassle to the extent that when a bus actually shows up one feels lucky. That's how often buses are extremely late compared to the projections online.

Port Authority deserves NO STARS. I would say 95% of the drivers are chronically rude, always late and sometimes just don't show up. Also when I do make a complaint, nothing is done; just a bunch of lies and excuses from the back end employees that don't care.

So, even though I work for the county, was told upon being hired that ALL public transportation is free for ALL county employees, I know have to be in uniform in order to ride for free... So what's the point of risking my life every day for this county to be denied what's in my contact?

Waiting at a bus stop for a hour because the 12 northbound bus pass me by at 11:00 didn't say nothing to me didn't even look my way. On holidays or near holidays they should run more 12 buses.  Now I will be late for work.

T trains constantly breaking down, busses late half the time and filthy. 
The Port Authority is like the Pittsburgh Pirates, doing whatever is cheapest for them and trying to save $ anyway possible at the expense of the commuters.
