It's okay. Relatively clean and not crazy or unorganized. The bus was a little late, but that's not necessarily the stations fault. They did a pretty good job making sure that everyone got on the correct bus

Got me from Pittsburgh to Baltimore comfortably. Great prices. Friendly service. Clean bus. Electrical outlets at each seat. On time. Safe. Plenty of space.

I like Greyhound and use a lot for traveling! I like their customer service, drivers, staff all the time trying to help. But on 09/05/17 I had bad experience with lady who was driving from Pittsburgh to Cincinnati. We had delay, driver(she) was so talkative, so all passenger at the end screaming: Just shut up, because she was annoying. It suppose to be 6 hours to get to Cincinnati but it took 6 hours to get to Columbus and then as we were late to take next bus, cause we were late. So my husband came from Cincinnati to take me from Columbus, when I told him that i am gonna be 4-5 hours late. My complaint just about that lady driver who was so unprofessional to passengers!

Staff and atmosphere is always good at this location. However this particular bus ride was not the greatest. The outlets did not work and the seats on the bus were clearly worn and the bus had not been cleaned :/ I usually have semi-better experiences with them.

Severely understaffed right now. 6|21|17. But staff is generally very sweet and kind to me. Ive been here several times to park at grant. By far my favorite place to park. $5 all day Sunday .Its Close to strip and cultural district. Try to be understanding of their Job. Many of the people there do things not in their Job description. Greyhound however has some serious flaws in their business. Communication with customers and severe lack of compensation. Generally this station is very safe and its in a good part of Town.
