I can't believe one star is the lowest I can go on this one.  I tried to buy a home from Michelle Lyons, the listing agent.  Buy a home=money in her pocket, right?  You would think that it would be incentive for her to return a phone call.  Nope.  How can you stay in real estate by not following through on basic professionalism?  I am shocked.  I called, emailed, numerous times, and never once got a return from her, or any other agent in the office.  If you are forced to use her in any way, I feel very sorry for you.  Zero stars might be too high of a rating.

Called and left a message for Lynne like the sign said, but no return phone call the following day. The next day I called and left another message, but still no return call by the following day. Tried another person in the phone menu and found a live person to talk to. She said she will pass the information along and have someone call me. One day, two days went by and still no return call. I again called and explained I just sold my apartment building and had cash to buy a house and would like someone to return my call a few days later a guy called while I was in a parent teacher conference which was the only meeting I had all week. I took the call and explained what I was doing and the guy said he would call me back the next day. It did not happen and I have not bothered them anymore. 

Please Do Not Bother Port Cities Realty - They are too busy to help you and me.
