So I might have graduated from Nederland High School, but I've always been a fan of PNG baseball. Ever since I was in the school district here as a kid. So excited that we won state lol. Wish I could've been there in person. SCALP 'EM!!!!

Not gonna lie, I hate the ethics and egotistical local focus on sports in this district! The only reason I don't move my kids is because their curriculum is challenging. But don't you DARE have a child with special needs and expect N easy transition. 2 million dollars on a football field, but how much is spent on training your teachers to understand the policies, laws, and procedures of 504 plans and special education on a high school level.

The school is only interested in winning football games n forces ur child to attend the pep rallies for the football team the day of the game They also r rivalries with Nederland Bulldogs Go Bulldogs! Which is there neighboring town where the kids may be friends with so if ur child isn't in their Athletic team they r ghost to the school teachers n school staff My child was bullied for a yr n he was punished by not snitching on the bully when its states there's no bullying at their school which is a lie instead of protecting my child while their in school hands they refused to find out who the bully was like the school stated So now my child is left behind unlike a football player n one of the cheerleadering squad which gets special privileges like running errands for a whole period for credit unlike the ghost of children that don't offer the school support in belonging in their Athletic team and cheerleading squad So your child is not ever recognized unlike the teachers pets n school staff pets which they all have no matter what they say This school has made my child physically sick due to their in adequate care of my child which interns I now have him enrolled in homeschool which now he's missing out on all his friends n experience of the fun of High School So the school has many problems in its System in the school principal is the most rudest person I've ever come in contact with it and I hope to never have any more dealings with him for the rest of my life may God help them for all his wrongdoings to a child which he swore to protect and help through these difficult years unlike how he treated my child

I haven't personally gone to this school but I have a friend who goes to this school and claims that prom tickets are only sold to heterosexual couples. That's just not right. It's prom, it should be one of the greatest things a highschool student can experience and there's heartbroken students who are staying home because of who you sell prom tickets to.
