The experience you have all depends on which unit you get. Where my unit is it is quiet, there is decent parking, but there are also pests. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything. The emergency maintenance man however is very helpful if you have an emergency issue. Will change rules on you  during your lease term and expect you to abide by them. Also, if you renew your lease make sure to check online pricing. Online my unit is listed in the 1700s, on my renewal letter they were going to raise my rent to the 1800s....curious.

The community is nice and the people that live here are very friendly. However, the management company does not fix things along the property. In example at the main pool here are only 4 out of about 15 lounge chairs in good condition. A grill that is by he main pool is beyond rusted and looks ridiculous. When I put a maintenance request for the pool chairs and grills it was dismissed and I was told it was a budget thing. When you call for maintenance in the unit don't expect it to happen quickly.

All of the horror stories about this place are true. This place was a complete joke, The girls in the leasing office are useless, they stand around and talk about all of the people who live here.. even the "property manager"does . Everything I was told at move in was a lie. I complained multiple times about things breaking or leaking in my apartment and nothing was ever done about it. I stupidly resigned for a second year and continued to have problems in my apartment with their cheap "renovations" something was always going wrong.   I broke my lease and since have moved across the street to Residents. People here are very friendly, it's more affordable and their aren't a bunch of clueless high schoolers up front.
