Melody Vazquez was my realtor.  She was nothing short of amazing!  Her expertise of listings in South Florida, as well as her skill to match her clients with the right home is second to none.  Being a recent college graduate just starting my life, she walked me through every step of the way.  She never let a day go by without giving me an update be it through an email, phone call, or text.  She responded to me right away with any questions I had as well.  She fought for us to get a house, and went above and beyond the call of duty in convincing the listing agent. If you are looking for a home request Melody and  prepare for your expectations to be exceeded.

I was looking for a small one bedroom apartment near the beach and didn't want to spend a million dollars...I am very picky and looked for 4 months before I called R1S1 and I was so glad I did. Melody Vasquez at the Ft. Lauderdale office was so helpful and so patient with me. She found me a great place and was so nice to work with!

I worked with Carmen Howard when I bought my first home. I met her through craiglist and after meeting her I knew I wanted to work with her and "fire" my other realtor. Carmen was efficient, professional, dedicated and got the work done! Being a first time home owner I had a million questions and she also took the time to answer all of them and made sure I was comfortable with all the process before signing any documents!  What to me made the difference with Carmen is that she is genuinely care about her customers and she is as excited as you are when you finally get the keys! I therefore highly recommend Carmen Howard to anyone and I look forward to work with her in the future!

Kind of disappointing....not exactly sure where all these positive reviews are coming from...this felt like a scrutiny or another bait and switch...many realtors work out of this office and the answering service isn't the realtor you will get ..you are up for grabs for whoever is working that day...so its just like any other in that respect except not the high profile name... no realtor-client amicable business relationship  feeling for us today...office storefront location has difficult inconvenient parking ( behind Walgreens?) waited and watched outside glass  doored windowed office (uncomfortably!)  as my "realtor-agent" ran my specs  in a  creepy private meeting with other agents  without my presence despite it was late in the day and my wanting to schedule a search for the next day..He had a cold challenging discouraging attitude  Beware no low or reasonable rents in the immediate area could be found here! It was truly a weird experience.  Phone agent was so sweet tho!

We wanted to share our experience working with Melody Vazquez. From the moment we walked in the office, we were greeted by your friendly staff. Melody was wonderful to work with, personable, and professional. New to the area, she took the time to listen to our needs and 'wish list' in finding a condo/apartment and was able to show us several units in the area within our criteria. Our last showing took us to The Manor at Flagler Village, where every need was met, including staying within our budget and exceeded what we were looking for! The next day we signed the agreement and walked away with keys to our new home. Thank you so much Melody!!
