We have waited for an hour to be served simple egg and bacon breakfast! When we asked our waitress about our order we were answered "I don't know when it is going to come out, I am not in the kitchen...". Avoid at all cost!
ETA: if you are looking for a friendly place with good food and large servings go to "The Bates Farm Kitchen"!

Can't put any stars since we didn't get served and left after waiting an hour. Would recommend if you like eating air.
Update : we went to eat at bates family farm kitchen in Sandusky and it was one the best breakfast I've had in the US, definitely go there!!

Was a cute, iconic little restaurant. The service was superb despite their foreboding signage. They even gave my boyfriend potato soup even though it wasn't being served.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you're not a local you WILL NOT be served. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. The four of us arrived at 11am and ordered bacon and eggs. The woman who took our order was extremely cold and curt with us. After waiting one hour and never receiving our food - we left. We politely asked a few times if our food was coming and one waitress even refused to check. She literally said "no, I can't do that". After watching customers who arrived after us come and go, we left $10 for the coffee and left.

    Just a simple little hole in the wall restaurant  with great simple food and nice portions. 
    Counter stools and table seating, this place  has a tight but  neighborly feel. This is where a lot of locals go that are looking for a no tourists, low price, good food, restaurant. 
    The staff is friendly, helpful, and on the ball.  Fast service with a relaxed atmosphere but loud at times. 
     A nice place to eat alone or bring a small group, or family that's not looking to break the bank.  $
