I was menaced and frightened by 2 pit bulls in my yard  barking with their hackles up when I went to step out onto my patio at 3300 SE Monte Vista St. 12/3/17 between 8-9 am. Had to shut door immediately. Animal control put me through to 911 who dispatched animal control officer to speak to owner at 3296 Monte Vista St.Animal control is good hope they can get owner to do the right thing.

I have to say.. I was so frightened. I am a victim of abuse, finally reported it. The police had animal control come to take my beloved dogs. Honest? Thought I was being punished, yet again, for living a life of mental/physical abuse. 
Well, Let me tell you. I went to a shelter after they took my pets to one. I came home same night, just for fear they would call me, telling me one of my dogs died of a broken heart. I phoned them this morning, to tell them my car would not start (was lost leaving shelter, ran out of gas in rural PSL and Martin county) and the woman was so nice. She asked if I was home.. I told her yes.. Then she said they would bring my dogs back to me. If anyone has been abused, even mentally? Those kind words, THEN the nice man that brought my dogs back made me realize that humanity exists. 
From the bottom of my heart, I thank PSL animal control, for getting that our furry four legged friends also suffer in domestic abuse. 
I cannot say enough about you all. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of my babies.
