Sorry but I do not understand what people are saying. A ticket was purchased after the buss was there from TX without any problem. The schedule was not hard to get of know about if they could find out with just a phone here locally and someone out of state bought the ticket within 5 minuets of the buss leaving. Now that to me is excellent service!

Where to begin... 45 minutes late... no way to contact office. Voice message "If you get this message during normal business I am helping another customer" plays all day long. The message playing that gives the bus time is garbled and unintelligible. When the 1:30 bus finally shows up at Florence, going to Eugene the bus driver, seeing I have a bicycle, tells me there is no way he can fit it on the bus because the bus is full, there is no room for my bike. Maybe I should wait until tomorrow morning for the next bus! I had already been waiting for quarter to tomorrow. I literally had to beg and plead for him to let me on the bus. He announced it would cost $15 for the bike in addition to the $23 for my fare: $38 for a 1hr. trip to Eugene. I asked if I could just roll it onto the bus, finally and begrudgingly he loaded it in the rear luggage compartment which was exactly half filled. Yes he had to move a few bags, but the bike (weighs 16 lbs) fit easily on top. On entering the bus I counted 11 passengers, including myself, and a total of 26 seats. Less than half full, and there was a huge open space in the rear for wheelchair persons, of which there were none. The trip to Eugene is without stops. So I figured the guy (Richard) either 1.) was trying to extort $15 and pocket it, or 2.) was just damn lazy to load a bike. I was a paying customer, I shouldn't have to beg this guy to do his job. Driving down Hwy 126 he is steering with his left hand and playing with his phone with his right. I don't know if this is illegal in Oregon, or merely unsafe... not just for passengers on the bus but also for those intrepid bicyclists daring to ride the tiny to non existent shoulder, of which I am not, hence the bus ride. Porter Stage Lines Florence to Eugene - and yes, you Richard- earn a big fat ZERO for zero customer service.

Cannot buy a ticket online. Does not answer the phone. Does not have an answering machine No way to contact by email. Cannot purchase tickets online Cannot purchase through grayhound either. THERE IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! SHADY... REALLY SHADY
