This business is very bad for extorting customers. Unpredictable. Very unprofessional management. Have some nice drivers, and dispatch lady named Judy is great, but no excuse to be this unprofessional and to scam customers. Gave 2 stars for the good experiences and staff we have encountered.

Called a few times, they are the most popular cab co. in coos bay so they are a bit of a wait at times, but they're there when you need em'. I would call ahead just to be safe...

I literally waited for two hours and a cab still has not showed up. It was supposed to be a van and they claimed to have only one van out tonight and the man on the phone said sorry a couple times and just hung up after I cancelled getting a cab. This has happened a few times already, but not as bad as it has this time. I even called twice to ask where the van I called for was and they said it was on the way to my location. I waited an hour after that before having to cancel because it still wasn't at my location.

I use Yellow Cab off and on every week and have for the last 3 years. I have never had a problem with a driver, day shift or night shift, during that whole time. Sometimes you wait a little bit, but it's just the way things are when they get busy. I know the number by heart and I have called it for people before who needed a cab. The rates are fantastic and I always end up tipping a bit more because I know what it means for the drivers. Ask a Driver about some of their crazy rides sometime and you'll hear some of the silly stuff they put up with. I will absolutely continue to use Yellow Cab, even when the rates for my area go up now and then.

I was a loyal, paying customer for over 6 months. Not after today. I called to schedule a pick up for when I got off work tonight and the dispatcher picked up and immediately hung up on me. I thought maybe it was an error, so I tried again about 10 minutes later to have the same thing happen to me. That was one of the most unprofessional things I have ever encountered. Throw it on top of the fact that I always call well ahead of time to schedule a pick up, and am NEVER picked up on time. They definitely lost my business.
