We highly recommend Aaron! In the interest of full disclosure, Aaron was a recommendation made by my mother-in-law. A recommendation will get you in the door but then you have to earn your business. Aaron went above and beyond in doing this. We contacted Aaron several months ago to sell our home in Tigard. He arrived at our first meeting with organized folders which provided comps, etc. He suggested we list the house at a price that was a bit below my expectation but after going through the paperwork, we saw that Aaron had come to his conclusion based on solid facts. With that said, he is very respectful and will honor your wishes, which is very comforting from a seller perspective. After listing our house, we went through the typical whirlwind of offers, lost offers, inspections, appraisals, etc. Though we had some bumps in the road, Aaron was there to support us through it all. Aaron has a diverse background which lends well to being a realtor. He has a military background so he understands rules and he is a thoughtful and nice human so he communicates well. He will be your best advocate. Aaron was our realtor in both selling our old house and buying our new house and he had or backs throughout the process. Aaron is the kind of person who will respect a client's wishes. If you are a straight shooter and want his blatant opinion (as I did), he will provide it and it helped us time and time again. Aaron is wonderful and we are glad to have added him to our list of family after getting to know him so well over the last several months.

Aaron is the best! I was looking for a house in the "condo" price range, and after searching all of town found a perfect little place. I love my new home. Aaron was on top of everything we needed to do and was with me every step of the way. Buying a house is stressful, but having Aaron as your realtor makes it way easier!

Aaron has been our realtor for three real estate transactions. He has gone above and beyond to help us in every way possible. He has amazing communication skills, is always looking after our best interests, and demonstrates knowledge and professionalism consistently. I cannot recommend Aaron enough, he's amazing.

We are so happy we had Aaron as our realtor for this transaction and sure wish we had him in the past! I won't bore you with the details but our past two real estate transactions, one with a relative and one with an employer, one mediocre and one disastrous! This transaction with Aaron was a dream! He kept us informed and stayed on top of the deal the whole way. We couldn't be happier and will always use him in the future!!!

My wife and I have use Aaron twice now for buy/sells.. We love him! He actually listened to what we wanted, what we didn't want and showed us homes that would fit us. We have 4 dogs so showing our house was a bit rough. LOL He would always be very mindful of our pack! This man has morals and ethics and I can't say enough good things about him. He surrounds himself with good solid people. I would highly suggest that you let Aaron take care of all your housing wants/needs...
