Lee Davies communication is timely, direct and to the point, we understood what was expected and what was being done to market and sell our home during the entire marketing process.  He was also adept at listening and addressing any concerns that we had.  We appreciated his detailed, numbers based analysis of pricing our home.  Lee is a skilled negotiator and sold our home for a fair market price.

The Lee Davies team did an excellent job of managing the sale of our home from listing to closing. They provided timely and helpful assistance and management of presale preparation, staging and response to inspection repair addendum items. All of our inquires and requests were promptly addressed. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor.

Michele helped us find our dream house. She was wonderful to work with, took us out on seemingly endless house tours, and was very perceptive to our wants and needs (and budget, most importantly). I get the vibe that they would prefer dealing with more high-end clientele (the slide show in their lobby shows recently sold houses in the area of $800k and up!) but she took us on and was an absolute delight. Highest recommendation!!

Eleete was very easy to work with and attentive.  They had quite a few open houses which was very helpful to selling our home.

All of Lee’s associates were helpful and knowledgeable.  When called they would address any issues that we had.  

When the home was sold they were quick to get the inspection and the appraisal scheduled.

I used Eleete to assist with helping me sell my home in the Cedar Mill area.  Lee was very prepared and was easily able to develop a game plan during and shortly after our first visit.  The entire team of Lee, Megan, Lauren, and Jeff were very quick to line up the needed companies and resources for the painting, staging, and minor repairs to the house.  It would have been a struggle for me to find the right companies to work with so quickly and they had them onsite almost instantaneously.  I was fortunate enough to receive an offer after about 2 weeks on the market and mainly due to the team having open houses both weekends after the listing.  They again had companies at their fingertips and ready for the work to be done post inspection.  I highly recommend Eleete if you want a professionally run team to assist you and provide expertise.  I will definitely use them again in the future.
