Service was very attentive, despite closing down for the night. I flew in from the West coast and was hungry at closing time, and they accommodated me. Ordered the beet salad(delicious though small portion) and fried pork belly appetizer. The meal came with complimentary hot bread and a dipping sauce all on a custom cutting board. Halfway through the pork belly and rice appetizer, I realized that the free bread was a stronger complimentary starch component and the flavors really came alive. I shared that with the manager and he sincerely appreciated the tip. I like when restaurants take time for helpful feedback. I wish this startup the very best in the future.

Beer selection is just ok. The food I had was quite disappointing. I would not bother to come here unless you are staying in the hotel and even then I would only get drinks, no food. I got the caprese salad and chicken and waffle coney. The picture of the caprese salad speaks for itself. No basil anywhere to be found and just two balls of mozzarella on some arugula and some cherry tomatoes. It's not even a caprese salad. The chicken in the chicken and waffle coney was barely there. It was little, hard, fried pieces and you wouldn't even know there was chicken in it.

Took a whole month to charge my credit card. I went to this place on 5/27 and my card was just charged on 6/26. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never visit again.
