It was OK. The line moved pretty quickly, but the counter person wasn't paying attention and we had to keep on repeating what we had just said. She was more concerned for her friends at the other end of the counter. I can't say I'm a big fan of of the Shack Sauce. The crinkle cut french fries seem exactly what you could get at home from the freezer. The noise level was high.

The food here is just as good as their locations in Dubai. I'd definitely come back.

Amazing! I had the chicken sandwich and it was hands down the best I've ever had. Their wasn't a long wait and the workers were polite. Would definitely recommend. The only criticism I would give is that they should give you more food, such as fries.
