Unfortunately I can not give a review on their hair styling abilities as I never got that far but can certainly review their unprofessional and poor customer service. On the morning of my daughter's wedding (4 HOURS BEFORE THE WEDDING) Mona did not show up for my and the grooms mother's appointments. We called her 5 min before the appointment to say we will be a few minutes late, but no-one answered the phone. We were only 7 minutes late and waited at the salon for 20 minutes and then frantically tried to find another salon!! She called about 30 minutes later and said we were late for the appointment and she waited for us - WHERE???! I spoke to her salon several times during the month prior to the wedding and called 3 times that they need to send me the confirmation email she said I would receive. I still have not received it!! Three days before the wedding they called me to confirm the appointment as they now also had a big wedding party that needed appointments...makes one wonder...two Moms or a bridal party...I think she just decided to dump us and go for the bridal party. Interesting that when I told my story to other business people in Beaver Creek area, they were not surprised!! So my recommendation...there are many other lovely salons in Beaver Creek. Rather support the salons with integrity!

I went there for my wedding. The good news is the hairstyling was absolutely beautiful. The bad news....they had horrible time management. I even gave myself an extra 2 hours and they went over. I missed my photographer for before the ceremony photos and I was late for my own wedding. When I told them I was concerned about time, she blamed my bridesmaids for having long thick hair. I even called ahead when I made the appt and told her my bmaids had long thick hair and she said it wouldn't be a problem...apparently it was. Also, she is NOT a makeup artist I almost cried when I left the salon bc I was so unhappy with the makeup. She uses drug store brand make up products and doesn't follow basic techniques (like using a primer and setting spray to make the makeup last all day for a wedding). Like I said, great hair styles, but not good if you are on any time restriction.

I also used Posh hair salon for my wedding day. They charged me for the trial run, overcharged me (by twice the amount) on my wedding day, and then would not return my phone calls to help reverse the "mistake".
Good har, BAD service, rude, and unprofessional.
