Came here for a Live Scan because I was in the area. My form clearly said to run both state and federal fingerprint databases, but the Indian man didn't bother reading it and only ran state. When I called asking about what happened, he claimed most people don't need both run and did not apologize. Or offer a refund, for that matter.

my husband and i have been to this branch a couple of times and the owner/manager have always been helpful and friendly. 
i like it here coz they have all the materials you'll need for mailing and other cute things too.plus their store hours make it possible to mail even after office hours.
