Beware of upcharging! Ask for pricing ahead of time. They may not tell you total cost until they already package your items to be sent out.

Left a box on Friday afternoon that needed to be in PA on Saturday AM early, (this was my work laptop and I had to stress to get some work done before shipping it out to IT) store never sent my package out.  When asked why they didnt send it out, they couldnt respond, just kept saying Im sorry... well, sorry doesnt fix the problem. How can businesses trust you to ship their boxes when you fail to send them out just because? Thats unacceptable.  This backed me up on my job for an entire week.  I had to make three trips to the store and finally i picked up the box and will ship it from my office this morning. I will never go to this location again... will never trust them again.

I love that they keep enough staff to be able to help everyone quickly. I'm always helped right away!

I have had a box here for over 10 years. Always friendly service, most know me by name. Never had a service issue. Parking is at a premium due to soup plantation so they have 3 spaces marked off.
