I've used Posy Mart twice recently, and had a great experience both times.  I called from out of town to order a plant for my mother in law and flowers for my grandmother.  They delivered the same day in both cases (I even called in the afternoon), and texted me a photo of the product upon delivery.  They looked great!  Also, the woman on the phone was very helpful in helping me pick out just the right thing.  I will do business with them again.  

It may be worth noting that I called rather than used the website.  Seems some of the negative reviews were web orders.

Ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on Valentine"s Day. Ordered them online on Sat. 2/11/17. Received a call at 7:30pm Sunday night explaining that they didn't have the same vase in the picture online left. No problem right! They gave me a couple of options. No problem right!! Wrong! Fast Forward to 8:39pm Valentine's Day. No flowers delivered. Called them and was told they would delivery them the next day. NOT THE POINT!!! What kind of IDIOT runs a business this way. Know your limits and stop taking orders if you can't handle it. My mom is in poor health and this quite possibly could have been the last opportunity to send her flower on Valentine's Day. Thanks for ruining what was suppose to be a special day.

My parents have been married for 42 years and EVERY year my Dad goes  all out for Mom for every special occasion. Especially Valentine's Day !!!! This Year he went with Posy Mart, he placed order 2 weeks ahead of time. Well......he called my Mom's  job  to see if they had arrived and they hadn't. They NEVER were delivered !!!! My Dad called the shop several times and got the run around. I know that its a busy time but he he paid for a service. How disappointing to hear my Mom never got how flowers !!!! My Dad went to the shop and the owner/manager was rude to them. She accused  him of harassing her employees  (by him calling to inquire on  delivery). She never even apologized to My Mom.....I will never use this florist and I will let all my friends and family abouy their services or lack there of. They did give him his money back but that doesn't make up for the bad customer service that they gave my parents.

Ordered flowers for my Grandmother for Valentines Day, because i was not in town.  They were supposed to be delivered to her job and when i called her she said she did not get them.  After talking to her i called about the delivery status and got told they were still delivering because it was raining so they were moving slow. At 7:00 p.m. She still had not recieved her flowers so i called again and the lady told me they were still delivering orders. The next day i called and was still getting the run around about her flowers which were never delivered.  Then the lady in the store going to say no payment was taking so they can just cancel it.  I paid online with a card and saw that the transaction was complete it wasn't even pending anymore.  She gone say oh yea, do you want me to reimburse you.  After some days I still hadn't received my reimbursement so i messaged corporate about not receiving my order.  After a week of goong back and forth corporate called me and asked if I still wanted my order delivered a whole week later.  They finally reimbursed me my money .  I will never order anything else from them or recommend them.

Jan worked her tail off during the Thanksgiving holidays to get us the red, white and blue casket spray that we wanted for my dad's casket. She promised that it would be spectacular and it was. The price was great, but her care and attention to detail was priceless to our family. Thanks again Jan.
