Terrible business. Ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day at 8AM. They told me that they would go out around noon which was fine. Called back around 3 to see why they had not arrived and they assured me they would be there within 30 or 40 minutes because the office closed at 5. 5 pm came and they never showed up. I called and canceled the order and asked for a refund which they did. Then they delivered the flowers at 6 anyway and the owner was still there luckily. The next day they returned to try and take back the flowers instead of just calling and asking to recharge my card. They eventually recharged my card anyway although I should get a discount at least for the BS they pulled.

I called Flower Power on Saturday afternoon to place an order for a funeral. The visitation was Sunday afternoon and the florist closed at 3:00 on Saturday.  It was near closing time but Alisha was very helpful and described a wide variety of options. Even though I couldn't be there, I am pleased that the plant was there for the visitation and service. My family said the plant was beautiful. Thank you Alisha!

called in and ordered   $92 later my mom got a really pretty arrangement but more like a $50 arrangement...  woman I talked to said I could add money to it to make it better... really $92 doesn't get you a big arrangment...  no expensive flowers in in... hydranias and iris...     just saying   was dissapointed...  will order on line from now on
