I just ordered a vanilla Shake with a ham smoke sandwich. The cup was so dirty on the top inside and not even full. It was like 3/4 full. I threw them in the garbage. I upload some picture so guys you can see. This is disgusting! I don’t know what is wrong with people. we are in the middle of Covid; and people find a way to be messy and careless!!!
Ordered a pick up yesterday and they ONLY added meat and cheese to our Wreck when I had ordered everything on it! My dad couldn’t even find the pick up area it had said to go to in the confirmation email. Very disappointed just because i ordered an earned a free sandwichperks it was not fully loaded because we wouldn’t see until we got home! It is extremely impossible to contact someone online. How can we get our perk loaded again when our sandwich was completely wrong and we lost it now.
Been coming to this location for years and it's consistently good, in the last couple months it's been even better. Always impressed with the quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the store. Keep it up, much appreciated!!!
Had lunch here at 11:30 am yesterday. While the food was good the restaurant was very dirty. Floors and carpet were dirty, all tables had leftover food and crumbs on tabletops and chairs, chairs were all in disarray and there was garbage on the floor. It did not appear to have been cleaned at all from the prior day. Would not recommend and will not return.
I’m working at Ben&Jerry’s right near the Portbelly. I love their Italian sandwiches! And the people who are working there always very greeting and nice.
Server threatened to call the Police on me JUST for asking why was taking so long… My family and I LOVE Potbelly! We are very frequent diners at this location for over 15 years, never ever had a problem or issue of any sort... Until today, Saturday August 20, 2022 at 1:20 PM! Restaurant not that busy 11 people in line, but was taking forever to move on, and after 18+ minutes I placed my order with a very efficient preparer, I dare to politely ask the server after the oven, why was taking so long; the server stared at me with his eyes wide open and, instead to answer with a simple apology or any sort of excuse, he told me: "if you like you can leave! There is the door!" Astonished but still politely I replied, "yes I will because I don’t want a cold sandwich, but first I want your name", he refused and then when I asked to talk to the manager, he introduced himself as "The Manager" and then he threatened me to call the police on me if I was not leaving, and immediately he ran out from his station, to show me the way out! I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life, especially in the wonderful and family oriented Glen Town Center where we live! I am a polite grandfather, low abiding citizen and this behavior should NOT be acceptable anywhere!
Ordered two vegetarian sandwiches with marinara sauce, this is the second time we got just the bread with cheese….this time my husband checked the sandwiches before leaving and when he got home one sandwich still only had cheese and sauce, the other one had no sauce.
Food as expected for a Potbelly so no complaint on that score. Went in Friday afternoon about 1pm. Two thirds, or about 9 or 10 tables were open and every single one of them was filthy, sticky, crumbs on tables and chairs and no one bussing the whole time I was there for lunch. Two young ladies working alone behind the counter, nice but not up to the usual Potbelly standards. I won't be returning.
So I ordered a sandwich and before making my sandwich the lady said we can okay for it. Which is totally fine, so we did and I forgot I wanted avocados on it and told her and she said it was fine. I thought she meant she would give it to me anyways. I guess she was telling me it was okay and that I needed avocados, because she didn't add it to my sandwich. I mean I don't mind paying for it....then I reached my hand out to get the bag from her and she tossed it past my hand on the counter instead. I said thank you and sat down. Then a white lady comes in and at the end the lady is telling this customer have a nice weekend and stuff..needless to say I'm not coming here again..
I've been eating Potbelly's since I was a kid at the original location on Lincoln in Chicago. My family and I stopped in on Saturday around 2pm for a late lunch the place wasn't busy the service was decent behind the counter the young lady did a real job making the sandwiches, but when we looked to sit at a table to dine in every table was filthy. I expect tables to be clean not one table was clean.
