Negative comments first. We were surprised and confused to get a chicken sandwich with partially melted shredded cheese. It turns out the only difference between the Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger and the Big Bacon Cheddar Chicken are those last words, but those words are included neither on the ordering screen nor on the receipt. Speaking of the ordering screen, it also didn't show the second ordered item, the Baconator, which added confusion to the ordering process. Finally, the staff sounded impatient to receive our order and did not let us fully speak while trying to order. Positive It is understandable that the staff can be under pressure at times, and this interaction will not prevent us from visiting Wendy's locations in the future. The sandwiches also tasted good enough, and our items were received in a timely manner. The photo is of the chicken sandwich with one bite taken.
This fast food chain is a good place to eat. The employees are accommodating and hospitable the food that they sell is good as well. Ambiance is very relaxing, with fast service and respectful staffs as well. I come here all the time and they never mess up my order. I just want to say that the Bacon Bourbon Cheeseburger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. There have only been a few moments in my life where I’ve wanted to leave a review about something, and this is one of them. I have never had a bad experience here
I love this Wendy's! This is one of my favorite Wendy's. All the years I have been coming here I have never had any issues. The prices are very good. I love the frosty. There is a selection of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and other quick meals. The food is always great when I go. I love getting the spicy chicken sandwich with the spicy nuggets. I'd recommend anyone to go there if you haven't, or if you go there a lot, I hope that you keep enjoying the food! Thank you guys for the superb customer service!
Ordered 10 piece spicy nuggets, got 2 spicy on top and the rest regular! Ordered a new premium chicken sandwich and got a piece of cold chicken with cheese, half the bacon, and nothing else! No receipt in the bag like they said. Long personal conversation with the customer in front of me, had me waiting. Just horrible!
Love Wendy's always has good hot food for good price. Clean place to sit a few minutes and grab a bite to eat. My order was exactly as requested and they even remembered napkins. It was how a fast food pick should be done.
I had ordered the Italian mozzarella burger along with the baconator fries and both were disgusting. The mozzarella stick on top was cold and the fries were as well, the cheese on the fries wasn’t even melted a tiny bit. I had gone back to the window and was nice and respectful and had told them what was wrong and the man at the front said “ that’s exactly how it comes”. All I wanted was the fries warmed up, they could of put it in the microwave for all I care but instead of helping the man at the front just left it at that
This Wendy's is hands down the worst fast food I have ever gone to. They are they only Wendy's between me and work so I stop by frequently and they have less than 50% success rate om getting my order correct. I try to call them every time and they let the phone ring endlessly. They will give you the wrong nuggets every single time. Go somewhere else.
The food is always good. However, if the kid running the drive-through was any more indifferent to being at work, he would have disappeared. Maybe Wendy's, being a billion dollar a year for-profit company, paid better they'd be able to hire people who didn't treat their job as if it was punishment being there. I’m sad cause I used to go here often since I live nearby. Usually decent service, they aren’t always nice, but I don’t expect that from fast food lol, it’s just come and go! But today was a huge disappointment and I won’t be going back. My partner and I went to get 2 frostys, I immediately noticed on the screen in the drive thru that we pulled up to had a cheeseburger on it, single combo, and I just assumed it was the previous customer and I’ve seen it happen before, after we ordered our two frostys we pulled up to the window and they charged us $14 for two, which we thought was a lot for a large frosty x2. So we asked for the receipt in which they gave us a bag with a burger combo on it, which ended up being what was shown on the drive thru screen when we pulled up to order. Idk how this happened since it never has happened to me, my guess is they didn’t clear the previous order from their computer, etc. The guy got an attitude with us and when we said we only ordered two frostys, saying “you’re the one who took it and said ‘yeah’” When we were just confused…. So this lady who I assume is the manager comes and we explain the situation, stating when we pulled up to the screen a cheeseburger order was shown on the screen but we just ordered two frostys, she then asks “so you want a refund?” Well yeah, we didn’t order a burger, we had just had dinner elsewhere and wanted frostys as dessert from Wendy’s. They both had bad attitudes, didn’t say sorry and never said thank you or have a nice day. I work in retail and deal w rude customers and I always say sorry even if it wasn’t my fault, we weren’t disrespectful, nor were we wanting a refund for our frostys, just the burger, but they refunded it all. My concern is the customer service. We felt bad for a problem that wasn’t even our fault in the first place. Will never come here again. So if you pull up to the screen and you see an order on it that you assume was the previous customers, check your receipt!!!!!
The person at the drive thru window snatched my cc 9utts my hand, no receipt, wrong order, you have to almost spend your entire lunch hour explaining what they have incorrect on your order, no English is spoken here. However, the government continues to bring these non-english speaking people to the States. Just, get me and interpreter. This isn't The USA this is Big Mexico. Two thumbs down.
