Hands down the best customer service ever received at this location! We had the pleasure of meeting Ricky tonight and he was awesome. He was very attentive and professional and the staff was too. The place was clean and fully stocked but it’s his customer service that’s worth applauding, thank you Ricky!
I love their food and I always get good service. I picked up some food today, and they forgot to give me my salad dressing and the add-ons for the salad. I gave them a call and the girl was so nice and she refunded my money for the salad since half of the stuff was missing, but this is not something that normally happens at this particular store. This was the first time it ever happened, but they were also so busy that the line was practically going out the door. And still they were very very nice about it and they took care of me no problem and refunded me. *Update* the refund never showed up on my account. I did not appreciate that since it was the store's mistake on my order.
Ordered a Powerhouse Salad, they said they had no chicken. How do you run out of chicken when a large portion of your menu items include chicken? Also, an employee’s underwear were on full display while preparing food. Lastly, open my chicken less salad and I get brown avocado, with part of the skin still attached. Never coming back to this one.
I get the SAME thing EVERY TIME... I go there just to have a mushroom melt on Flatbread loaded with toppings minus the mayo!! I'm sure the other menu items are fantastic based on the crowds orders for shakes, etc. I'm a vegan, so I don't order any sweets. Can't speak for anyone else. I always have great service!
Normally my experience here is normal, but today at 3p.m. there was a girl with piercings everywhere that was extremely ignorant. I was the only customer in there and she consistently tried talking to me like a child as if she was busy doing anything else. The customer service was horrible.
The potbelly’s in Munster Indiana is a good location there Is a handsome young man named Rickey he makes excellent grilled chicken sandwiches & also he makes great salads I see that he works very hard and he is a good manager and tries to help his co-workers become better as team.
I usually have no problems at Potbelly. But this day was the exception.I placed an order for an online pickup order at a certain time. Order wasnt ready by the time selected. The particular person who was on wasn't savvy on how online orders work. I have to make sure that person isn't there and the one who is highly efficient is there.
Uber eats lost my order but Amy fixed it and delivered it on her own time. Wonderful customer service
I always choose this location because the food and service is always consistently great. It's not the closest location to my home but I have never been let down. Tonight, I ordered online and picked up. I never really look at the order until I'm home and ready to eat. These were the worst salads I've ever ordered from Potbelly. And I've been to several different locations across the city and Suburbs. At first look, I can see they were not as fully packed than I'm normally used to. When I open them, the apples intended for the uptown were in my underground farmhouse. Because eggs are in the farmhouse, i cant just move the apples to the uptown because its been mixed in with the egg. I tried to eat the farmhouse but there is an apple taste that does not mix well with the farmhouse ingredients. I dont know if I want to eat the Uptown. I feel like I wasted $22. This total includes a bowl of soup The salads are untouched in the pic.
Nice place to sit and eat early morning. CLEAN , food is good and so is service.Food: 5/5
