Took way longer than it should have to get our food. The kids went into the gas station and used the restroom while we were in line and we never moved before they got back. We ordered two different sliders and got all the same kind.

Wait time was 40 minutes and it was very unorganized, i watched a girl sit on her phone with a headset on and at the front counter, i sat at the window for a good 10 minutes and none of them were even looking at me, there was a man in a black shirt that said family who looked like he was just standing there talking to the register girl

What can I say...it's my every once in a while guilty pleasure! They get a bad rap I know but guess what.  They got my order right !! Hats off to them & the courteous server !

I love  my WC's !!  I can't eat them like when I was younger.    I would get lit and order 1 dozen everytime !  Now , I'm lucky I get 4 of them every try I'm we .   More or less !

AVOID THIS PLACE. WHY IS ONLY THE DRIVE THRU OPEN????? IF YOU PLACE A PICK UP ORDER, BCUZ U NEED TO BE QUICK... YOU WILL END UP WAITING IN A DRIVE THRU LINE YOU CAN'T GET OUT OF, FOREVERRR! OPEN YOUR STORE UP, UNREAL. WHO RUNS THESE PLACES ANYMORE ..

This was the worst White Castle that I've been to so far.  Could not eat the food.  It was cold extremely sloppy and looked like it had been sitting under a warmer for 2 daysFood: 1/5

I took over 30 minutes to get my food and they forgot part of my order and you wonder why people don’t want to pay fast food workers $15 an hour

Gave our order to someone else, made us wait for food remake and never offered apology or reparationsFood: 5/5

Was very dingy dirty looking shared by a gas station didn't know if the place was open it was so dimly lit need better doingFood: 3/5

Took FOREVER to get our order taken and get our food.  There were only 2 cars in front of us...25 minutes for one double cheeseburger meal that is ridiculous
