The Hot Brown, the Croque Madame, the Monte Cristo, the Philly Cheesesteak, the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi, the Smoked Sausage Po-Boy, and now Potbelly's Wreck on white! The Wreck shall go down as one of the great sandwich creations of our time! It's an indulgent stack of roast beef, turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo, mustard, and hot peppers on the most amazing sandwich roll (I leave the Italian seasoning and oil off) . This roll (and we're talking about the white, not whole wheat, roll --- this is no time to sacrifice an awesome dining experience for a couple grams of fiber) is pillowy soft with a paper thin shatteringly crisp crust. The combined effect of this Everest of flavor cannot be captured in a recitation of it's parts. There are other reasons to come to Potbelly's. I had a great Uptown salad there today, I've always loved Sheila' s Dream Bars, and I'm told the chili here is also worthwhile (although I have not tried it myself), but the thing that will have me tripping over my tongue, drooling back here again and again, is that amazing sandwich, The Wreck!

The staff was helpful and the music they were playing made the atmosphere so relaxing. Their sandwiches are large enough that you're full but not so much so that you're stuffed. The veggie Mediterranean salad is highly recommended. Try their signature pot belly vinaigrette too - makes the hummus pop.

Decent food, a little pricey. Got the pastrami sammich with pickles and a bowl of chili. Will be going back to try some of their other sammiches.

Friendly staff, clean tables. Delicious chicken salad and mac and cheese!

Staff was undertrained. The food was mediocre at best . I enjoyed the layout of the business . Not really impressed overall . This is also a business that refuses to serve you if you are carrying a sidearm regardless of state law. On top of crappy service and so so food this is a anti gun zone . They should worry more about training employees and their menu than their stance on 2nd amendment.
