Food was delicious, price promo was great, the wait and professionalism lacked heavily. As far as the food it could've used more sauce on it but the serving size overrated was generous. There is a huge disconnect and communication gap between the front cashier and hostess and the kitchen. The wait time for something that is on promotion was longer than it should've been especially since it wasn't freshly prepared. Went back the next day and ordered it online, just a turkey link took over 30 minutes to get despite online order giving me a time of pick up only to get there and them having no clue what I ordered. 
My recommendation would be whomever the manager is take a few days with the staff and train them on presentation and explanation of menu and how to communicate among themselves.
Each visit had no more than 6 people in the dining area so the wait for food should've been a lot faster.

As good as it gets without traveling way down south! Soul food at is finest! Friendly staff & clean facilities. Slow down time and enjoy yourself eating all the delicious food!

$16 dollars for a lunch buffet here is ridiculous unless your a heavy eater that will eat four meals in a sitting.  I'm normally one to compliment and not complain.  I will say tho the staff is very friendly and good people.  I can buy frozen ribs at the store and make better ribs, (All fat no meat), get cooked chicken and mac n cheese from Stracks that tastes the same if not better and save money. And the bathroom was disgusting.   I definitely wont come back and will go to Golden Coral next time if I want a buffet.

The table was dirty & sticky. The meat was like eating shoe leather the bread was the best part of the meal i left half of my dinner

Ribs are mediocre at best, fatty and not very tender.  No Smokey taste, the price is kinda high for 7 rib tips and fries. I'm guessing the individuals that gave this establishment 5 stars mist be affiliated with the owners.
