One of the worst customer service experience ever and I'm taking the time to write this. There were 2 people behind register, just me and my 2 kids, waited a few moments for even eye contact. Went in for a backpack and they had signs all over they were on sale. When the backpack didn't ring up as sale I asked which ones were and the lady looked like she wanted me dead and couldn't answer. Then I asked her to scan something else that didn't have a price tag on it and after I put it on the counter she walked passed me, didn't say a word and took down all the sale signs. I was so confused and floored. I get it if there was a sale yesterday but management should get their act together. We were really cool and calm as opposed to another group who was like have a play date and the kids were wrecking all the displays in the back. I will never go back in there. Also got a cooler back pack next door with waaaaay nicer sales people for $20. Win for me!

There is no longer any doubt in my mind that the Internet is and should be killing brick and mortar stores. Went there to buy a small backpack for my baby for daycare. After standing around for (I kid you not) 25 minutes, with my 15-month-old, waiting for a snotty sales associate to find me a new (unopened) toy they had on display that my baby had really taken to, I was told that, sorry, they don't have it but that two other PBK stores (both more than 30 miles away!) had it. Are you effing serious? Like I'm going to drive all over creation to buy a toy just because my toddler is enjoying playing with it? Who does that? My shock and disgust was apparent and they were able to (after almost another 15 minutes) get one of those faraway stores to ship the toy to me without charge, but I'm the real idiot because Amazon sells the same toy for $5 less. If only I hadn't had a crying baby to appease, I'd have looked that up and told them to stick their toy where the sun doesn't shine. How about don't display an item you can't sell? Or sell me the floor model at a discount. Ridiculous.

Great products in the store for kids but slightly overpriced. Am I crazy for saying Wooden alphabet blocks should not cost $50.
