Art and the staff here are always friendly and accommodating. The grounds are always clean. I like that they keep the key. When you go in you sign in, enter your code in the keypad turning off the alarm to your unit. When you leave , repeat the process and it arms the unit alarm. Thumbs up!

Great service, Excellent security, Limited hours - As you can see from their hours listed, they aren't open as late or long as other storage locations (they actually close 15 minutes earlier than is posted here to allow for alarms to be activated) which can be really inconvenient for weeknights after work. 
However, the multi-level security of this place is excellent - you don't have to worry about someone breaking into your unit and the overall facility is clean and well-run.  The staff are friendly (most of the time) and very helpful and professional. For the price, it's a great deal compared with other outdoor access storage companies nearby.

Gray haired man in office is very rude & mean for no reason. Must suck to be grumpy!

I have to apologize, I was having a bad day and took his mood personal. He actually is very diligent at keeping this facility safe and exceptionally clean. You have to check out the restroom. Very, very, very clean and smells nice. Best restroom in Orange

I too have only posative things to say about art and steve. I do wish they were open later but hey im still happily there!!

Art and Steve were excellent help! When I needed an extra unit early in the morning, they were right there to advise me on which one to obtain. The team at Fountain Valley Pouch are great to work with, they will help you in every way they can to make sure you are happy with your storage unit. Excellent customer service!
