Update: Upon unloading our possessions, we found that our items were consistently under protected and/or packed carelessly. After totaling over $1000 in damaged goods, we filed an appeal to the Denali group overseeing the Summit Movers job. While the packers were efficient as noted below, they did not treat our items with any concern whatsoever. If choosing Summit Movers, i’d inspect their work  carefully and ensure enough packing material is utilized. 

Good moving experience today. Jared led the way with Myles, Jayson and Kyle who packed up with diligence and consideration. Very efficient workers who were polite as well. Only issue we had was on the first day scheduled where the company was unable to find packers to send to our home. Despite the loss of a full day, my items were packed and ready to be shipped on time.

Thanks for your timely response.  Way to deflect blame, and place it solely on me!  For starters, all cell phones are equipped with call logs.  Your representative’s phone number wasn’t on my call log after that initial call.  So what you said regarding that was not true.  Second, I’m not in the habit of providing people with part of my address.  Again, what you assert regarding that is false!  It’s time you and your company started taking some responsibility even when the reviews aren’t positive!
