Story

Prairie Grove Public Library was established in 1935. We have something for everyone! There is a wonderful assortment of books, we also have public computers, wifi, offer faxing, copying and printing. Come visit and look through our cookbooks, audio books and movies! Established in February 2006, the Prairie Grove Children's Library is the only freestanding Children's Library in Arkansas. There's always something fun going on down here whether it's Storytime with Ms. Sherry on Mondays at 11:00 throughout the school year or special activities with Ms. Megan. During the summer we have our Summer Reading program which is aimed at kids ages 5-12. Children of all ages are welcome though, as well as their parents. :) Check back to see updates on programs and special announcements. We are open Monday - Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm and Saturday 11:00am-3:00pm. The Children's Library is located at 305 E Buchanan St and the phone number is 479-846-0240.
