Out of the many bike shops I've been to throughout the country, Prairie Path has service that is unmatched any where else. They will help you find a bike that meets all your needs without hesitation.

When I visited, the staff member who helped me was incredibly helpful and friendly. The guy swapped the sprocket from the old wheel to the new one I purchased; at no charge, on the spot. I was impressed.

Great Bike Shop, and awesome service. When I went to buy a bike and they didn't have it in stock, they said they would loan me a bike until mine got in FOR FREE. When Trek still hadn't shipped it to them a month later (due to it being back ordered) they gave me a nicer bike for the same price as the one I had been waiting for. I couldn't be happier. Plus add the fact that when you buy a bike from them, you get a free tuneup, 2 free labors on flat repairs, 10% off everything in their store for life, free adjustments for life, and so much more. I bought an entry level mountain bike, so relatively I haven't spent much, but every time I go in, they remember who I am.
