The evening of August 26 we had a reservation for four at 5pm. When we arrived we were mostly ignored even though we were the only people setting in the main dining room. Eventually we were given menus and offered water and the wait staff took our orders. Shortly after that we were informed by the wait staff the establishment was having electrical issues and they may not be able to cook our orders. Management was busy developing a limited menu based upon what they were able to cook. The wait staff gave us options as to what we could order and how long it would take - options and time lines changed by the minute. Due to the fact that we made early reservations to make life easier for us we decided to stay and they brought us our salads and soup. The food options and time line continued to change. The wait staff provided various amounts of informations, however, we were essentially ignored by management. I realize they were dealing with "other" issues, however, we were literally the only customers in the main dining room - the bar area has several customers. Due to the uncertainty as to what and when we could order and get our food we decided to leave and eat some other place. Being so ignored by management I was surprised when they decided to charge us for our 3 salads, 1 cup of soup and our waisted time. Very disappointing Prante management experience.

Food is always good, staff is friendly and atmosphere is good.

Waiting for service and other customers came in after us and were served first, we ordered at the same time and they were finished eating by the time we received our food. Besides the food taking 45 minutes (not busy) and smart remarks from the server the food still wasnt very good, never had experienced this kind of lousy service.

Good buffet style food in the upstairs meeting room. Bar and wait staff were nice and helpful.
