I usually don't write reviews, but this place is completely incompetent of running a drive through... Not once. Not twice... but 3 times in a row that they screwed up my order! Not only do they not give me, my paid for sides, they can't even make a salad! If I want a bowl of just lettuce, I don't need Taco John's! Where in the hell are the toppings? What a waste of money and the time spent waiting! I called once recently to let the manager know that my entire order was wrong, but I was already home before I checked... He said he'd mail out coupons. That never happened either. I'm done with this place! Worst service ever! Don't waste your time!

Service was poor nobody at counter when we wanted to order a churro food was good . Took along time to get food. Saw another customer that came thru drive thru and came back in and said his order was all messed up. I am a store manager and customer service needed alot of improvement

Ate here last night and everyone was nice so I came back tonight and was accused of stealing soda when I filled my cup with water. Tacos were good both nights but I'm never coming back
